When you create an account, we collect the information provided through our authentication provider (Clerk), which may include your email address and display name. We do not collect passwords directly — authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.
We also collect usage data including: AI analysis requests (to enforce daily limits), and basic access logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
Your information is used to: provide and maintain the Service, enforce usage limits (e.g., 3 AI analyses per day), communicate service updates, and ensure security of the platform. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Clerk (authentication) — processes your email and login credentials. See Clerk's privacy policy at clerk.com/legal/privacy.
Anthropic (AI analysis) — when you use AI analysis, match data (not personal data) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. AI usage logs are retained for 30 days for rate limiting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication session management (provided by Clerk). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, object to processing in certain circumstances, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
